Pumpkin pie

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can (15 ounces) 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) CARNATION Evaporated Milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 inch unbaked pie crust (deep-dish, 4-cup capacity) Whipping cream (optional)

Instructions

  • 1.-Preheat oven to 425° F.
    2.-Mix the eggs in a large bowl with a whisk. Then stir in sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, evaporated milk, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves. Pour into the pie crust.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
