600 gr. fish cut into medium fillets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Fine Herbs (mixture of oregano, epazote, thyme, marjoram, celery and basil)
Elaboration:
1)Squeeze the lemon juice, add the fine herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in a deep plate.
2) Let the fillets marinate in the mixture for 5 minutes.
3) Heat the pan over medium heat with a little oil.
4) Brown the fish for 2 minutes on each side.
