LOSE WEIGHT, GET LIFE!!
Obesity is not a subject that can be taken lightly, let’s not romanticize it
The higher the overweight, the higher the amount of fat in the body.
In parallel, an increase in blood glucose is observed.
Indeed, fat provides energy to muscle at the expense of glucose, which causes an increase in blood glucose.
The pancreas secretes excess insulin to try to reduce the high amount of blood glucose, which leads to stagnation of the latter, which is not capable of producing enough insulin.
Thus, insulin can no longer regulate blood glucose. Then hyperglycemia occurs and diabetes also develops. Therefore, in the case of obese people, diabetes is a consequence of being overweight.
