When a loved one dies

Surviving the pain does not mean not missing the one who died. This person will remain in your memories forever, however their role in your life will be different.

When a loved one dies, their sufferings end, at least those of their life on earth. But those who continue to live face violent emotions. The psyche of the person is unstructured so that the spheres of his life are fractured physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

Not dealing with our emotions leaves us psychologically stuck, unable to change and grow. Staying anchored in anger, depression, or guilt that arose during grief would be like having an open wound on your skin that continues to bleed.

                                                The healing process happens gradually.

The healing occurs through the work of mourning which implies moving, expressing, experiencing, feeling, crying, through this you will recover.

                                                      It cannot approach passively.

Surviving the pain does not mean not missing the one who died. This person will remain in your memories forever, however their role in your life will be different.

The grieving process has a progressive course and at the end of your current pain you will survive, and in time you will experience the joy of living again.

The painful experiences in our lives promote our maturation, we become more sensitive, more empathic and more transcendent beings.
