Self-love is a psychological aspect that is part of the emotional dimension of every person and to strengthen it I will share some recommendations:

Stay tuned to yourself. When you have self-love, you know what you think, what you feel and what you want. Act according to your needs: when you love you try to give the other what you need or what can be given and this should not be confused with fulfilling whims or desires at the expense of what we want to think or feel.

Try to maintain healthy habits in your personal care: food, sleep, exercise, leisure time, this will keep you in balance and allow you to be and feel good about yourself and others.

Set limits: loving yourself is also knowing how to set limits and learn to say no, we do not always have to be willing, limits help us improve the quality of our relationships and increase self-love.

Avoid toxic people: Try to find circles of people who add to your life.

Valuing our strengths and weaknesses: this will help us to know ourselves better, to give more of our abilities and to work on our weaknesses to turn them into strengths, but from love not from guilt or punishment.
