Why participate in a grief support and accompaniment group? Because it becomes an optimal space to reduce isolation, mitigate difficult feelings, increase self-esteem and gain self-confidence by regaining the sense and control of one’s own life.
In addition, feeling belonging to a group where there are people who are suffering similar things allows people to feel more heard and with greater hope in the face of so much pain.
