Having a purpose in life gives us encouragement and provides us with mental health.
It is through this sense that we feel fulfilled.
We all at some point in life wonder about what life means, becoming a very pressing and difficult question to answer. Who am I? What is the meaning of my life? In the dynamics of life itself, of the daily work, of the circumstances that surround us and therefore of the lived experiences is where the life of each person is given form and meaning, the meaning responds to what impact to what marked us at some point, which allowed us to make transcendental changes, because it is in the transformation of life that the fulfillment of a purpose becomes evident and where meaning is given.
Each person is the owner of their existence, it corresponds therefore to adopt their own decisions, where it implies taking sides, taking responsibility and committing and this is only possible if there is awareness of our own experiences, of our needs, only in this way do we achieve purposes, responsibility for actions and their consequences and the definition of a life project. To the extent that we recognize our purposes, the deeper the motivation, expectation and urgency to achieve it.
In these times human beings have lost that sense falling into an abyss of emptiness and sadness, but it is consciousness, self-motivation and will that have to move us towards a new side that allows us to live fully.
