1. Calcium at this stage of growth is very important for the development of your bones. Ideally, they should drink about 500 ml a day between milk and derivatives.
2. Eliminate fats, such as that contained in industrial sweet bread. Try also that the meat they consume is not very fatty, such as sausages.
3. Seek that the fish is white and not blue, as it contains less fat.
4. Make sure they try legumes and grains and all the vitamins they need from fruit.
5. It is healthy for them to eat four meals a day: Start with breakfast; the mid-day meal, the main dish; a small snack and finally, a light dinner.
