How can we recognize a food allergy in babies?

Food allergies in children and infants are an adverse reaction to exposure to a food. In the case of children, food allergies are triggered by proteins contained in foods such as cow’s milk, wheat, soy, eggs and nuts.

 

Some of the symptoms are:

 

  • Rashes, hives, itching
    palate.

 

  • Swelling or inflammation.

 

  • Digestive disorders such as
    nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or cramps.

     

  • Tearing, eye redness,
    nasal irritation.
