Unfortunately, no one is exempt from witnessing a violent event:
-Assault
-Discussions out of control
Fights between football fans
These events generate a trace in our memory that, if not worked on in time, can become a TRAUMA for the mind.
Fortunately today we know that when we ORDER the violent experience we can dominate it and place it assertively in our emotional system.
Resources like:
-Talk about what happened
-Draw what we remember
-Validate what we feel
They are very supportive when experiencing a crisis.
